It is one of the farms owned by Al-Yaqeen Group Ltd., which aims to contribute to
enhance food security along with livestock farms and in a strategic partnership
between the parties interested in the food sector in Tanzania and abroad.
The farm is divided into following Sections:
1- Reception Section: It receives new birds and undergoes medical laboratory
examinations.
2- Isolation Section: In which infected birds are isolated until they receive the
necessary treatment.
3- Fattening Section: It receives chickens after the results of medical
examinations are produced and ensure their safety, in order to take into account
the highest standards of health and safety for meat production.
4- Layering hens Section: It takes care of special chickens to produce eggs.
5- Hatching Section: In this section the eggs are placed in automatic incubators
according to specific criteria.
6- The Chicks Section: In this section the young chicks are kept and taken care of
until they grow up.
